Present and future transformer ratings require high quality and high purity insulating oils at the point of use. The increasing voltage and rating of the modern transformer and electrical apparatus results in greater electrical stress in insulating material and fluids. To handle these greater stresses, oils with better dielectric qualities are required. Also lower residual water content in insulating fluids and material must be maintained. The proper treatment and upgrading of the insulating fluid will result in the improvement of the properties of the entire insulating media of power transformers. The principal functions of the insulating fluid are to serve as a dielectric material and as an effective coolant. To perform these functions, the insulating fluid must have the necessary qualities at the time of initial impregnation and filling at the factory and later maintain the same quality in the field operation.

REXON Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration Machine 3000Liters/Hour with Strong Vacuum Dehydration System is a vacuum oil filtration and oil purification system for unqualified transformer oil, insulation oil reconditioning. It is mainly used for power plant, power transmission and all power field to do on-site filtration work for transformer oil, insulating oil, dielectric oil, mutual oil, switch oil, and so on. The machine is especially for purifying the insulating oil in all kinds of large power equipment that are above 110KV, especially for the altitude is over 500-1000 meters.This Oil dehydration plant is very suitable for the large electric&insulation equipment and oil maintenance.

6. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system and foaming elimination system to ensure machine operating easy and safely.
7. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
8. It can be operated both online and offline of transformers.

9. Can be used independent device for vacuuming transformers which are above 110KV and can vacuum oil filling for power equipment.

10. Can work online for 150 hours continuously, high reliable and long time running.
