Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star Angelina Pivarnick has gotten the stamp of approval from viewers, and fans want to know what she's up to in 2022.
When Jersey Shore: Family Vacation premiered on MTV in April 2018, audiences were once again greeted by their favorite guidos and guidettes, and fans are curious about Angelina Pivarnick's life this year. Jenni “Jwoww” Farley, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, DJ Pauly D, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Deena Cortese, and Vinny Guadagnino returned to TV screens across the world. They let audiences in on what they have been up to since the original show ended in 2012. However, one particular person, Angelina, made an unexpected return to the new series partway through the show’s first season, to stir up some drama.
Angelina’s return was met with some eye-rolls and disgusted faces by some roommates, and what turned out to be a prank ended up becoming a cathartic moment. This was because Angelina was able to discuss her feelings, and apologize for her past behavior with the rest of the Jersey Shore: Family Vacation cast. From that point on, Angelina became a permanent addition to the show, and it was the best decision, as she has now become a fan favorite on the series. She brings drama, attitude, and laughs to the show, as her no-filter personality shines through, even though she has had her fair share of arguments with the roommates.

As JSFV continued to gain more traction, and Angelina got more screen-time, viewers saw a different side of her, which wasn't visible when she was on the original show that she left twice. There was a sensitivity and realness that was portrayed, especially when she was going through her incredibly messy divorce with Chris Larangeira, and audiences knew how hard the split was on her. Since her addition to Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, viewers are now even more intrigued by her. She's become one of the most-searched castmates, and people want to know what she has been up to in 2022.
After her marriage started to hit an all-time low, Angelina began to get back on the path of becoming the person that she used to be as a single woman. After buying a house in Freehold, New Jersey (with now ex-husband Chris), she was cast on a Paramount+ reality competition show called All-Star Shore. However, when she returned home from Spain, where the show was filmed, things got heavy. Her divorce was finalized in February 2022, and Mike got right in the middle of the mess, by maintaining contact with Chris.
The divorce unfolded on season five of the show, when Chris made matters worse by contacting Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and telling him that Angelina had leaked the girls’ wedding speech to the press, and saying that she'd had multiple affairs. This threw everything into a spiral, which was not resolved for quite a while. Trust was broken when old ghosts were brought back into the light. Since then, Angelina has patched things up with the roommates, forging new and stronger bonds with them. She is focusing on her newly single self, by going out on dates.
With Jersey Shore: Family Vacation still maintaining its reign as a staple on MTV, there are signs that Angelina is here to stay. Her unmatched wit, mixed with sensitivity and a splash of drama, are a recipe for perfect television. It's no wonder that she is a favorite among fans of the show. JSFV would not be the same without her.
